Can I change/cancel my order?
You cannot edit your order once placed but you can write to us at customercare@tidysleep.com to get your shipping address changed
How Can I Check The Status Of My Order ?
If you have logged in while placing the order, you can view your order status in the 'Track Orders’ Tab. If you have placed the order as a guest your details won't reflect in this section but rest assured, we will be sending you timely updates regarding your order status via emails/SMS.
What happens if you are unable to fulfill my order?
Our support team will get in touch with you and a refund request will be initiated (for pre-paid orders). Refund will be initiated directly in your account that is used to make the payment or via coupon code. Refunds usually take 10-15 working days to be processed from the date the refund request was made.
How many day take for shipping?
"We love feedbacks. You can review products on our website or can share some pictures with us. You can also share pictures and videos on social media- don't forget to tag us. Word of mouth also mean a lot to us- recommend us to your friends."

Is it safe to make payments online using Net Banking, Debit or Credit Cards etc?
Yes, all transactions from credit cards, debit cards and net banking are processed over a secure encrypted connection making sure your personal details remain confidential.
What happens if I'm not available at the time of delivery?
Our delivery partner attempts thrice to deliver the shipment before it is returned to our warehouse. Once we receive the shipment back, our respective team will initiate refund of the ordered articles (if the payment was prepaid)
By when will I receive the ordered products?
Once the order is dispatched from our warehouse, it may take 7-10 business days to reach the destination. You will receive timely updates regarding the status of your order.

What are dry sheets?
Tidy Sleep dry sheets are made from soft microfleece fabric, that is hypoallergenic in nature. The magic membrane backing soaks up all liquid, is baby safe , breathable and machine washable. The flexible fabric also gives aid to the baby’s body allowing natural movement while in sleep without compromising on the baby’s comfort. We promise a cosy, comfy, dry and smiling baby.
What are dry sheets used for?
Dry sheets acts as a mattress protector and are designed to soak in liquid upto 8 times it’s weight guaranteeing fuss free nap times to your babies. Not only this, but dry sheets can also be used as play mats, massage mats and an insert for craddles, cots and car seats.
